Background
Brieanah Beverage, BSN, RN, is a highly experienced registered nurse with five years of clinical expertise in emergency medicine. Prior to becoming a nurse, she spent more than 15 years in senior leadership roles within large medical practices, specializing in business development, billing and coding management, credentialing, insurance contracting, and healthcare operations. This unique combination provides her with a comprehensive understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of healthcare.
Throughout her nursing career, Brieanah has consistently served in leadership and preceptorship roles, mentoring nurses, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and fostering professional development in high-acuity environments. Her personal experience caring for loved ones on hospice has further strengthened her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
Role in MAI Medical
As Director of Operations & People Development, Brieanah leads clinical education, onboarding, and competency development initiatives across MAI Medical. She is responsible for training healthcare providers, nurses, sales representatives, and clinical partners on the safe and effective implementation of MAI Medical technologies. In addition to education and training, she collaborates closely with executive leadership, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to support program development, provider engagement, workflow optimization, and successful integration of company solutions.
